Refund, Billing, Renewal, & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

30-Day-Free-Trials:
30-Day-Free-Trials are 100% free and automatically terminate at the end of 30 days

Special Reports:
There is no charge for Special Reports received with any of our payment plans or free trial offers

Monthly Plans:
Full refund if cancelled within the first 30 days for first-time subscribers. If you cancel your membership after the first 30 days, you will only be charged for the active month of your cancellation. For example, if you cancel on the 20th day of the month, your membership will stay active until the end of that month and will not renew the following month. (Please review Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy below)

Please note: in order to prevent abuse of our refund policy, our 30-day money back guarantee for Monthly Plans is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time.

Yearly Plans:
Annual subscriptions are deeply discounted to reward our members who are committed to being our clients for 12 months. By signing up for our yearly plan, your subscription cost will decrease by 33.33%. Because of this value added offering, there is no refund for yearly plans. (Please review Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy below)


Billing Cycle & Renewal:

EquiTrend.com bills in full monthly cycles on the first day of every calendar month. If you subscribe on any day other than the first day of the month, your first bill could be for a partial month. This is called a prorate for receiving less than a full month of service.

For monthly subscriptions, your regular subscription will begin billing on the first day of the next month. It will be automatically renewed on the first day of the month following the expiration of your subscription term.

For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for 12 months and for the prorated amount of days left in the month you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on November 15, you will be billed for 15 days left during the month of November and for 12 months for a total of 12 months and 15 days. Your prorated amount will be based on the discounted amount offered to annual subscription plans. Given this example, your annual membership would be automatically renewed on December 1, of the following year.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the first charge will be for any partial month and you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription until this agreement is cancelled.


Automatic Renewal Policy:

Payment for the appropriate subscription plan will be made by automatic credit card debit. SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR THE ORIGINAL TERM UPON EXPIRATION, unless EquiTrend Inc. is notified that subscriber wishes to cancel their EquiTrend membership.

UNLESS, AND UNTIL THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLED BY THE SUBSCRIBER THROUGH THE SELF DIRECTED OR EMAIL PROCESS DESCRIBED BELOW, SUBSCRIBER HEREBY AUTHORIZES EQUITREND, INC. TO CHARGE SUBSCRIBER'S CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR THE ONGOING COST OF MEMBERSHIP.


Cancellation Policy:

Subscribers may, at any time and without cause, terminate their subscription to our services. Subscribers have two options for canceling their membership.

Self Directed:
To cancel your EquiTrend membership, please log into the “Members Only” section and click on the Membership Options link located in the left navigation panel. From there, simply follow the easy steps of canceling your EquiTrend membership. There are no cancellation fees with this option.

Email:
By sending EquiTrend an email 2 days prior to the membership renewal date. The notice of termination must be sent by e-mail to ( ) and must clearly indicate the subscriber's first & last name and their email address in their EquiTrend contact record. Email cancellations will be charged a one time $15 cancellation fee.

When a Subscriber requests termination, full or partial subscription fees are not refunded unless they meet the refund requirements described in the Refund Policy. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives email confirmation from EquiTrend, Inc. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must re-submit the cancellation and verify that his/her email address is correct.
