Log in to the “Members Only” section and click on the Payment Information link located in the left navigation panel.
How do I update my email address or personal information?
To update your personal contact record, log in to the “Members Only” section and click on the Personal Profile link located in the left navigation panel.
How do I upgrade my Monthly Membership Plan to your Yearly Plan?
To upgrade your membership plan, please log into the “Members Only” section and click on the Subscriptions link located in the left navigation panel.
How do I cancel my current "Monthly or Yearly Plan" membership?
Subscribers may, at any time and without cause, terminate their subscription to our services. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information of subscription refunds. Subscribers have two options for canceling their membership.
Self Directed:
To cancel your EquiTrend membership, please log into the “Members Only”
section and click on the Membership Options link located in the left navigation
panel. From there, simply follow the easy steps of canceling your EquiTrend
membership. There are no cancellation fees with this option.
Email:
By sending EquiTrend an email 2 days prior to the membership renewal date.
The notice of termination must be sent by e-mail to (
) and must clearly indicate the subscriber's first & last name and their
email address in their EquiTrend contact record. Email cancellations will
be charged a one time $15 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives email confirmation
from EquiTrend, Inc. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation
within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must
re-submit the cancellation and verify that his/her email address is correct.
How do I cancel my 30 Day Free Trial membership?
30-Day Free Trials do not need to be canceled because they automatically terminate
at the end of 30 days. In other words, if you signed up on the 10th of a month,
your membership will remain active for 30 days and will automatically cancel
on the 10th of the following month.
How do I use EquiTrend? / What should I trade?
Everything you will need to know to begin using EquiTrend can be found in
the How To section of our site. That’s the
best place to start! Then, be sure to read through our other helpful sections
to become familiar with the EquiTrend service.
Can your company manage my money for me?
Yes! We now offer professionally managed accounts through ProfitScore®
Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm that is EquiTrend’s
sister company. To learn more about the institutional-grade money management
services that ProfitScore offers, please visit the Manage
My Money section of the website.
How can I be removed from your email distribution list?
If you are currently a member—on a 30-Day Free Trial, Monthly Plan,
or an Annual Member—you can opt out of any or all email message lists
that we have in our database. To do so, please log in to the “Members
Only” section and click on the Subscriptions link located in the left
navigation panel. If you are not an active member of EquiTrend and
don't want to receive the free Weekly Market Watch newsletter, then visit
our Email Opt-out page and enter your email address.
We will remove your name as promptly as possible from our distribution list.
